Home-made butternut squash soup.
Never did feel obliged to do a traditional Sunday roast.
I blame my Mum. That's where my cooking ability comes from. We were just as likely to have egg and chips on a Sunday, cooking avoidance is a skill in my family!!

Butternut squash is delicious! I had it at a friend's house last week and it was so yummy, I had to buy one for myself this week. This friend insists her cooking skills are under-average but I know different!!!
